Referral Program Terms

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

1. Eligibility

The NannyAndNuzzle Referral Program (“Program”) is open to active Customer and Provider accounts in good standing who reside in the United States, are at least 18 years old, and have completed account verification. Employees and contractors of the Company, their immediate family members, and accounts associated with prior fraud or abuse are not eligible.

2. How It Works

  • Eligible participants (“Referrers”) receive a unique referral link from their Platform account
  • A new user who signs up using that link and completes a qualifying action becomes a successful referral
  • Both the Referrer and the new user receive a reward as described below

3. Qualifying Actions

  • Customer referral: the new Customer completes a first paid Booking of at least $25 and the Customer dispute window has elapsed
  • Provider referral: the new Provider completes onboarding, KYC, background check, and a minimum of 3 paid Bookings totaling at least $150 in Service Fees

4. Reward Structure

  • Customer-refers-Customer: $15 Platform credit to each party
  • Customer-refers-Provider: $25 Platform credit to the Referrer, $50 sign-on bonus to the new Provider after the qualifying action
  • Provider-refers-Provider: $50 to the Referrer, $50 to the new Provider after the qualifying action
  • Provider-refers-Customer: $10 Platform credit to the Referrer (Provider) does not receive cash; new Customer receives a $15 first-booking credit

Reward amounts are denominated in U.S. dollars and may be revised. The amount in effect at the time the referral signs up applies.

5. Platform Credits — Use & Expiration

  • Credits are applied automatically at checkout to the largest eligible Service Fee
  • Credits cannot be combined with other promotional discounts on the same Booking unless explicitly stated
  • Credits expire 90 days after issuance
  • Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable
  • Credits cannot be redeemed for cash and are not refundable upon account closure

6. Provider Cash Bonuses

Where the reward is a cash sign-on bonus paid to a new Provider, the bonus is credited to the Provider’s earnings ledger and is subject to the same payout, KYC, and tax reporting rules as ordinary earnings. Cash bonuses are reportable income; the Platform will issue Form 1099-NEC where the cumulative payments to a Provider meet the IRS threshold.

7. Fraud & Abuse

The following are strictly prohibited and result in disqualification, reversal of rewards, and possible account termination:

  • Self-referrals using a second account, family member, or roommate at the same address
  • Creating multiple accounts to redeem rewards
  • Posting referral links on coupon, deal, or incentive sites (e.g., RetailMeNot, Slickdeals, Honey)
  • Posting referral links in spammy or misleading content
  • Use of bots or scripts
  • Paying users to sign up using your link
  • Booking-then-refunding to trigger the qualifying action artificially

8. Permissible Promotion

Referrers may share their link through personal channels, social media, blogs, and email, provided the sharing is honest, clearly identifies the sender as a current user of the Platform, and complies with the FTC Endorsement Guides (i.e., disclosure of the material connection / reward).

9. Tax Reporting

Platform credits paid to Customers are promotional discounts and are not generally reportable as income. Cash bonuses paid to Providers are reportable income subject to the rules in the Provider Tax Information policy. Participants are responsible for any taxes owed on rewards received.

10. Modification & Termination of the Program

The Platform may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Rewards already earned but not yet redeemed will be honored to the extent permitted by law, subject to the original expiration window.

11. Limitations

  • Maximum 50 referrals per Referrer per calendar year unless explicitly approved
  • Maximum $2,500 in cumulative Platform credits per Referrer per calendar year
  • The Platform may impose additional limits on a per-market or per-category basis

12. Privacy

Referrers should only share their referral link with people who have consented to receive such communications. Do not enter another person’s email or contact details into the referral system without their permission. Use of the Program is governed by the Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes regarding Program eligibility, qualifying actions, or rewards are decided by the Platform in its sole discretion in accordance with these terms. Any unresolved disputes are subject to the Dispute Resolution policy.
