All Nanny & Nuzzle caregivers undergo comprehensive background checks, including criminal history, reference verification, and identity confirmation. We also verify certifications (CPR, First Aid, pet care training), conduct in-person interviews, and require ongoing professional development. Only about 15% of applicants meet our rigorous standards.

We currently serve the greater metropolitan area within a 30-mile radius of our main office. For specific location inquiries or to check if we serve your area, please contact us directly. We're continuously expanding to serve more communities.
Can I request the same caregiver each time?

Absolutely! We encourage building lasting relationships. Once you find a caregiver who's a great match, you can request them for all future bookings. We do our best to honor these requests, though availability may vary during peak times.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand plans change. Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive full refunds. For cancellations within 24 hours, a 50% fee applies. Same-day cancellations are charged in full. Rescheduling is free if done 12+ hours before the appointment.
Are your services insured?

Yes, all Nanny & Nuzzle services are fully insured with comprehensive liability coverage. This includes protection for both childcare and pet care services. All caregivers are also bonded, giving you complete peace of mind.
How quickly can I book a caregiver?

For planned care, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for best availability. However, we also offer same-day and emergency services based on caregiver availability. Our 24/7 emergency line can help place a caregiver often within 2-4 hours for urgent needs.
